Because they are disgusting, dirty, immature. Why do people throw cigarettes in the world as their ashtray? This kind of blows my opinion, too.
I see in the things that ladies room ..... single urine toilet seats or dirty tampons around loose in the trash.
ooo my husband used to this .... must be a macho thing or loll laziness.
